RESISTANCE
The alternating Kevlar and glass fabric offer excellent insulation with respect to the contact temperature (withstanding 900°C for up to 20 seconds) and good protection against splashes of molten metal.
The blend of both materials is a good substitute for asbestos.
SAFETY
The aluminised glass fabric cuff protects a large part of the forearm.
